Vinyasa "lotus flow" style connects breath with movement with intelligent sequencing. As the flow of the class builds so will pace and rhythm. The structure of the class builds to a peak pose with a fluid theme.

Private or semi-private yoga sessions are designed for YOU. After a discussion of what you are looking for and what your needs are, I will prepare a yoga session incorporating movement, breath work, and hands on assists to guide you deeper into the practice.
I will travel to your office and teach a 45-75 minute all levels yoga class. Students will be given attention to their level of yoga experience and if they have any injuries. Having the opportunity to stretch and awaken the body during the day creates a positive space for productivity in and out of the workplace. Mats will need to be provided for your employees.
