It's in the asana practice, or as I like to say, the moving meditation, that we learn more about ourselves. The combination of patience, guidance, awareness, and balance between effort and ease creates the space for possibility in the unknown.
After spending the last six years teaching, learning, and evolving in New York City, I am excited to have returned home to Chicago to share my passion for how the yoga practice can reveal our best selves.
